What happens if i'm not in when a delivery arrives?

For standard deliveries, you will receive a calling card to reschedule or collect from a Royal Mail sorting office. Check the Royal Mail Website to find your local sorting office. For Express Delivery you can leave delivery instructions on the checkout page. You can say things like ‘leave it in the shed’ or ‘leave it with my neighbour at number 11’. If there’s nobody in, the courier will leave you a card with instructions on how to get your parcel re-delivered.

Where can I have my order delivered to?

You can have your parcel delivered to any address. To change your delivery address, enter the new address before you complete checkout

Can I change my address after I have ordered?

You can’t change your delivery address once an order has been made. That’s why we advise you to regularly make sure that all your address details are up-to-date.

How do I deliver to BFPO ( British Forces Post Office ) address?

For BFPO Deliveries, please select UK as your Delivery Country and manually enter the address.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery to the mainland UK can take between 2-4 working days. In the EU deliveries can take up to 12 days dependent on country. If you are ordering outside of the EU, please allow up to 21 days for your parcel to pass through customs.

Can I return my items?

Yes. You can return unsuitable items to us for a refund or exchange. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original currency. Is there a time limit for returns?

What is your returns policy?

We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you change your mind for any reason, we are happy to refund or exchange any unsuitable items in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase with a valid dispatch note. Please note: There are a few exceptions outlined below. You can return items to us with one of the following options: • By POST from UK & International addresses. Please remember to get a proof of postage receipt. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency. Refund exceptions: • For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, cosmetics and swimwear/underwear briefs if the original packaging and hygiene seal has been removed. This does not affect your statutory rights. • Exchanges can only be made in store. • Sale items purchased online can be fully refunded by post within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items returned will be refunded for the amount paid. The only returns WE DO NOT accept are those that are of a personalised nature. Have you received my returned items?

You'll receive an email to notify you as soon as we have received, checked and processed your refund. If you do not hear from us within 10 days of returning your items via a tracked service such as Collect+ or 15 days via an untracked service please Contact Us. Please have your tracking reference and order number handy.

How long will it tae to be refunded?

For online returns please allow up to 10 working days from the date you send your parcel back to us. You will be refunded via the original payment method(s).
