I’ve never done my work to receive awards… However, after working my tail end off, it is extremely nice to receive them completely out of the blue!

Felt really proud to be informed that I had won the first-ever award (presented by the RNC) for Arts and Entertainment in 2006 after my work had been followed in the media.

Had a brilliant time at the ceremony in London at the old Arsenal football ground, Highbury, just before it closed down! Thanks, everyone!
